beepart accepts payments through Paypal, which allows for Debit and Credit Card payments without a paypal account. Paypal is safe, secure and easy to use.
To pay with a credit card choose the paypal option and then the "continue without a paypal account" link on the paypal page.

beepart also accepts payment by money order.

Items will not be shipped until confirmation of the PayPal payment or money order has been received.

Shipping from Canada

**Please be aware that there are still some delays with USPS, Canada Post and other International shipping services. We can't guarantee delivery times**

We want to reassure our customers that we at beepart are taking the Covid-19 situation seriously. We continue to operate as normal but are taking all precautions as outlined by our public health institutions.
Please be aware of possible shipping delays. Even upgraded shipping options are possibly experiencing delays. We can't under the current circumstances guarantee any shipping times.

United States:

Please be aware that tracking may take 2-4 business days to show up from date marked shipped as the tracking only shows up once items cross the Canada/US border.
-Small decals (ie. laptop decals, small wall decals, stickers) will ship via Canada post/USPS with no tracking, with an estimated delivery schedule of 4-10 business days.

-Regular shipping will be via the most cost efficient method. When courier service is not available, we will ship via Canada Post airmail with no tracking.
-Please be aware of possible customs delays or charges.
-Small decals (ie. laptop decals, small wall decals, stickers) will ship via Canada post with no tracking.
-We replace all lost or damaged items, see policies for details.
-UK customers will have a VAT fee to be paid on delivery.
-In some circumstances we may have to cancel an order due to shipping costs and options to various countries.
-Please make sure your address is correct, items will not be returned to us if there is a problem with delivery.

Non-custom items usually ship within 3 business days, custom usually within 5. Please note that there are sometimes slight delays beyond this timeframe.

For all destinations we are not responsible for customs delays or charges. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of possible custom charges and taxes for their respective countries.
For all destinations we do not guarantee shipping times unless customer upgrades shipping to guaranteed method.

We ship to the address on the customer's Etsy invoice unless a different address is specified.

When multiple items are purchased by one customer, they will be rolled together for the sake of shipping efficiency. if you wish to have separate packaging for each individual decal please let us know.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if the cost of shipping is higher than what is charged or is deemed too high, unless customer is willing to cover the additional cost.

All items will be shipped with re-used boxes when possible. please recycle them!

Additional

*all of our decals are one color unless otherwise noted. there are no clear or background parts to our decals. the negative space of the vinyl will be the surface that you put it on. they are computer cut from specific color of vinyl and applied with transfer paper. they are matte finish and will look like they are a part of the wall as opposed to something stuck to it.

*because our decals are computer cut rather than printed, we cannot do accurate reproductions of CMYK or Pantone colors. We offer a selection of 23 matte finish colors: black, white, dark grey, middle grey, chocolate brown, beige, light yellow, bright orange, fire red, dark red, hot pink, soft pink, purple, dark blue, brilliant blue, ice blue, turquoise, mint, lime green, key lime, metallic silver, metallic gold.
we can special order from a selection of other colors, but a minimum order must be purchased and this would be at the customer's expense.

For customized vinyl and color selections, if nothing is specified then the default color will be sent and font and text selection will be made at the discretion of Beepart when that applies.

Our pattern wall decal sets come with the individual decals grouped closely together on a sheet. The individual decals will need to be separated by the customer prior to installation.
We do this to maximize the quantity of decals for the amount of material used, this way we can keep the cost down for our customers.

Our decals all come with easy to understand instructions as well as with a free tester decal.
Our vinyl decals are designed to adhere best to regular latex paints in semi-gloss finish. they will also work with most matte, satin or eggshell finish and will in most circumstances work with gloss finish and even some oil based paints. Our decals will adhere best to smooth surfaces but will work on slightly textured walls. be aware of possible adhesion issues with paint containing teflon or ceramic content. As well, there may be adhesion issues with some low VOC paints.
due to the wide variety of textures and various wall and painted surfaces, beepart cannot guarantee perfect adhesion to your wall or surface but If you would like to ensure adherence before purchasing just inquire about our test sample pack and we'll mail one out to you free of charge.
we advise waiting a minimum of 4 weeks for installation on freshly painted wall surfaces, this gives the paint a chance to completely off-gas.
it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the wall or surface is suitable for use with our decals (as we cannot inspect each wall surface).
every beepart decal comes with a free sample/test decal, we advise practicing and testing with this decal before installing your purchased decal.

Our vinyl decals are rated to last 3-5 years with outdoor use, but when used indoors away from the elements their lifespan is virtually unlimited.

We suggest installing decals within 3 months of purchase, this is to ensure best adhesion.

Our vinyl decals are designed for a one-time installation and cannot be relocated once they are installed on the surface.
It is important to make sure you install the decal in the location you want it. We suggest using painter's tape to place the decal onto the wall location (with the white backing paper un-peeled and intact) and leaving it for a few days to make sure you have it in the best location possible.
While our vinyl decals use permanent adhesive, they can be easily removed from most painted surfaces by simply peeling them off. Although it is highly unlikely, beepart cannot be responsible for damage to various wall and other surfaces resulting from removal of the vinyl decals.
if it seems the decal is not easily coming off of the surface, we recommend heating up the vinyl with a hair drier on WARM setting prior to peeling the decal from the surface as this will help loosen the bond of the adhesive.
if you are worried about how our decals will work with your wall or other surface just ask for our free test sample pack and test it on a small part of your surface.

regarding beepart's color selections, please be aware that computer monitors do not give a completely accurate representation of the color of our vinyl. the descriptive names of the colours are those provided by the manufacturer.
to get a true idea of what our colors look like please contact us for free color samples and we will mail some out right away.

It is important to remember that vinyl decals are not toys. All decals should be installed by an adult or with the help of an adult.
Do not allow children to pick at or chew vinyl decals.

When placing decals on car windows please be aware of local laws regarding this, as well be sure that the decal is placed in a location that does not obstruct the driver's view.

please be aware that laptop decals are not laptop 'skins' but are computer cut decals.
please inquire if you are interested in a version of our decals as a 'skin'.

Some of our plant stands include vinyl decal accents. Please note that this vinyl is very lightfast but colors can fade over time when in direct sunlight. Rotating plant stands can minimize this and extend the bright colors for a long time.
Efforts should be made to avoid getting plant stands too wet with water. The wood is unfinished so can be damaged if subjected to a lot of water. Customers can seal parts of the plant stand if they desire.
